Delete your account and data

To request deletion of your OneLearn account and associated personal data:

  1. Send email to support@onelearn.io from the address you use with OneLearn (or include your school name and enough detail for us to verify your identity).
  2. Use a clear subject line such as "Account deletion request".
  3. We will acknowledge your message, verify the request, and process it in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, or audit reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy. We will explain if that applies to your case.
